Standard Appointments
All guitars, six string, twelve string, baritones and basses come with the following standard appointments (with exceptions noted).
- Choice of Master grade sitka spruce or western red cedar top
- Choice of Master grade East Indian Rosewood, Mahogany or Padauk back & sides
(The JAB Acoustic bass guitar comes standard in Mahogany or Padauk.)
- One piece Mahogany neck with double acting truss rod, and dual carbon graphite reinforcement bars
- Choice of Brazilian Rosewood or Ebony peghead veneer, with Berkowitz Guitars logo in paua and agoya shell abolone
- Choice of Standard Manzanita Rosette or Abalone Rosette
- Ebony bound, Ebony fingerboard with 4mm surface position markers and 3/32" side markers
- Ebony bindings with maple/black side purflings
- Ebony pinless bridge; pinned bridge available at no additional charge
- Gold Gotoh Super 510 tuners with Black Buttons; JAB Acoustic Bass comes standard with Gold Hipshot Ultralite tuners
- Bone nut & Saddle
- Calton Deluxe case
